Dear Vic, It’s been so long since I have seen you! I thought of you the other day when I was listening to Car Talk on NPR. The brothers mentioned that November 15 is Mechanic Day! Whether it was in jest or not, I immediately thought of you. I want to thank you and your staff for always giving me the best customer service and quality work over the last 20+ years. From my first car, the 1974 Buick Skylark my dad bought from you, to my VW Jetta, which I think was my fourth car. I will always remember my first visit at your garage. I met your beautiful wife. She was so kind to me and I thought it was so cool to have a desk in the garage! Car Talk recommended that customers bake brownies or cookies for their favorite mechanic on November 15, but trust me, you would rather have a thank you letter from me. Since the day my fan belt fell off my engine(and I was towed to Vic's) I have placed my family's and my life to Vic's Auto. Timely, reasonable, and personable. I feel comfortable knowing I am in good hands.

It's wonderful to go to a garage that I trust to get the work done well and completely. I can drop it off and know that Mike and James will give me the straight scoop on both current service and future recommendations.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Vic's Auto Center. I brought my limping van in, and they were able to diagnose the issues and make the repairs at the exact cost they quoted me. My car was ready the next day, and when I picked it up, it had been washed, and the interior had been vacuumed. It drove and sounded like new again. I heartily give Vic's my highest recommendation.

Took my ailing car in and they did everything you ask for. From the stopping by to making the appointment to giving my car back freshly washed I can't recall getting that kind of service anywhere let alone from an auto repair shop. Worth the money and worth the drive.
